- ║ SCRIPTS ║
- ║ ║
- ║ See also AltS.UHF ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Script files are usually applied to Telemarketing campaigns ║
- ║ ║
- ║ You can create scripts from the word processor if you include ║
- ║ the extension .SCR ║
- ║ ║
- ║ You can also create scripts by going to ║
- ║ <Alt> <S> (hold the Alt key then press S) ║
- ║ ║
- ║ If you create scripts from the word processor be sure to add ║
- ║ to the file name the extension .SCR ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Thus SCRIPT_A.SCR ║
- ║ ║
- ║ can be called up in the Client database with <Alt> <S> and entering ║
- ║ ║
- ║ SCRIPT_A ║
- ║ ║
- ║ No need to include the extension. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Create and use as many scripts that produce results. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Some practice sessions will make the above procedures seem easy. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ To start a new file name delete Note. Then apply your file name. ║

- ║ If you create a SCRIPT at a Client I.D. you might want to ║
- ║ keep the Script filename the same as the I.D. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ How would you do this? Simple, use CUT n' PASTE ║
- ║ ║
- ║ First CUT the Client I.D. (See CUTPASTE>UHF) ║
- ║ Then Press <ALT> <S> ║
- ║ Delete the last file name <Ctrl> <Y> ║
- ║ Press <Alt> <P> Paste (the I.D. is showing in the window) ║
- ║ Press <enter> The I.D. is now your file, you have a blank ║
- ║ editor screen. ║
- ║ ║
- ║ Enter your notes, ║
- ║ Press <F2> to save ║
- ║ ║
- ║ The next time you want to see this script file repeat the ║
- ║ procedure. Or just type the file name in if it's handier. ║
